Job Description

• Set interview dates with new customers to form relationships and showcase products. • Answering customer inquiries about products, prices, availability, and uses. • Communicate with permanent and potential customers on a regular basis to present new products, their characteristics and benefit from them, and bring orders from them. • Estimate prices, payment methods, warranties and expected delivery time. • After-sales customer service and contracts with the customer in order to provide continuous support. • Collection and follow-up of amounts owed by customers in accordance with concluded contracts.

Skills

• Experience in the sales department (CALL CENTER) • English with a good degree, and Arabic. • Demonstrate communication skills and selling skills. • Characterized by an adaptable personality in the social relationship with the client. • Problem solving skills A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Conditions

• Driver’s license. • From Seeb State • Must have at least 3.5 years of experience in the field. • 1 month on probation. • Timing: 8-9 hours. • Nationality: Unconditional. • Gender: female. • Qualification: Unconditional.
